A hot breakfast doesn’t need to take a long time. Eggs can be ready in just a few minutes and scrambled eggs taste great with wilted spinach instead of toast!

Serving: 1

⁌ A super fast breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack which will fill you up!

Ingredients: 

⁌ A teaspoon of coconut or olive oil
⁌ Two eggs

Methods :

⁌ Heat you pan over a low to medium heat and add the oil.

⁌ Wait until the pan is warm and add the eggs.

⁌ Mix the eggs with a fork.

⁌ As they start to cook mix them around some more stirring them away from the edge of the pan and into the centre.

⁌ When they are cooked tip them out onto your plate.

⁌ They may stick a bit but if you use a lower heat this shouldn’t be too much of a problem.

Optional Extras: 

⁌ Add cheese and herbs while the eggs are cooking.

⁌ Serve them on a bed of baby spinach or rocket with toasted seeds.

Scrambled eggs are so versatile and easy. They take around 5 minutes to cook and once you have mastered the basics you can add to them.
