General Health

General health is a broad term that encompasses many different aspects of health. In general, it is about the overall well-being of an individual.

The first thing you should do for your health is to maintain a healthy diet. This includes eating a variety of foods, including fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein. You should also drink plenty of water.

You should also exercise regularly by doing things like walking or running. You can also do strength training exercises at the gym or use exercise videos from YouTube on our phones and other devices at home.

Sometimes change is difficult but, if you just make small changes at a time, you can make a big difference in the long run.
