Easy Quiche Recipe Preheat Oven 180 to 200C

Mix:
1 Cup (120 Grams) SR Flour
4 Eggs 2oz (60 Grams) Butter
Add:
1 Cup (125 Grams)
Grated Cheese 3 Cups (450Grams)
Grated Zucchini
1 Onion …Chopped
+ Any other variation desired Eg… 4 Rashers Bacon Mushrooms Celery Parsley

Empty into 12” Quiche dish, greased, and bake approx. 30 minutes at 180’ to 200’ C until golden brown 😀

Use any leftovers for lunch or even breakfast! If you are wheat intolerant swap the flour for almond meal or some other option.
