About Libby

A few years ago I helped a friend of mine reverse his diabetes. Over a three month period, I cooked for him and helped him to understand how to compare two products and choose the better option. I also helped some other friends of mine to improve their diets and lose some weight.

During this time I realised that there is a big problem in the world where people are buying what they believe to be healthy food but which, in actual fact, is damaging their health. And that is exactly why I have decided to dedicate my life to helping people understand how to choose good food to improve their
nutrition by creating ‘Healthy Eating Is Easy!’

But what we eat is only a part of the story, there are three other important factors that contribute to a healthy lifestyle and a healthy body.
